Dhokla is a popular vegetarian dish that is light, fluffy, and typically served as a breakfast item or snack in Indian cuisine.
Mix Semolina, Yoghurt, Water, Ginger-Chilly paste, and Salt, Let it stay for 10 minutes. Add Eno. Mix it well and set in the Dhokla maker. Cook for 20 minutes. Take out the formed Dhokla and cut into cubes.
Heat up clarified butter (or ghee). Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, serrano peppers (half-slit), and asafetida. Add maple syrup and water. Add the spiced mix to the cubed Dhokla pieces. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
