Boil the pasta as directed by the packet instructions. Rinse the pasta in cold water and marinate in olive oil.
Heat up olive oil and add asafetida. Add cabbage and salt. Fry for about 5-10 min until the cabbage becomes soft.
Grind the cashews slowly pouring water. Add the cabbage mix, lemon juice, black pepper powder and grind everything into a fine paste.
Pour the white creamy paste into the Pasta.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley leaves.
